      I actually felt like I was dealing with the bank and not a software company posing as a bank. BancorpSouth made me feel like a real client and not just a member or a customer.

      It's amazing to me how one branch can be so miserable. The Richmond Rd branch has great people that are easy to work with. The New Boston Rd branch should do us all a favor and shut down. The people don't seem to wanna work anyway. It all starts with proper management and the Greg Davis guy who runs this area obviously spends zero time training on that side of town. He might need some training himself. Same guy told me he wasn't sure if a business account still needed articles of incorporation to open an account any more. Can't believe I've done business there for more than 10 years. I need to evaluate my companies situation.
