      Very bland kiosk and customer service with no appeal to customers. It smacks of "we really don't care." I would not open an account at Red River Credit Union. Plus they charge unnecessary and nonmandated fees such as a dormant account fee. While they are allowed to charge such a thing, it gives them an excuse to drain your savings account. I advise against use of this financial institution.

      I am disgusted with this location. There are no more tellers at this branch anymore, instead its an automated machine there. I DO NOT support machines taking away jobs. I will not be coming to this branch anymore until they put human being tellers back. The audacity!

      Thank you for your review. No one lost their job in this process, they are actually kept safer now, instead of being located within a mall. However, for those that choose, we do still have the lobby tellers available at all other branches. We felt the safety and security of the tellers located in the mall were very important.
