      I was here only to cash a check. There was a man next to me that you could tell he had mental disabilities. He was very friendly but he's clothes was dirty. When he turned to walk away the lady doing an audit of the teller that was helping me, picked up a bottle of air freshener and handed to the teller that was helping him. They all started laughing including the new customer that had taken his place. I felt sad and embarrassed for him. I was also in work clothes. I was scared when I left they would make fun of me. Not nice.

      The lobby was clean and the building spacious. I went in to get notary services but didn't have an account at the bank ( which is mandatory) so I decided, ok I'll become a member. The female teller asks for my drivers license and social security card! Who walks around with their social security card on them at all times????? I had the enhanced AR state drivers license and my veteran ID but still I needed my social security card. Sounds like a cop out to really say "we don't want you at our bank"; I left. Their loss!!
