      Kiel is by far the worst branch I have ever had to deal with. They are rude, condescending, and unprofessional. When asked for a manager or corporate office number I was told no. They flat out refused to give me the corporate office phone number! I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. Terrible terrible place.
