My family has been banking with Bank Five Nine (previously First Bank Financial Center) since moving to Wisconsin 9 years ago. The employees at the Germantown branch are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They provide superior customer service. They have taken the time to get to know my family and I on a personal level and they treat us like a part of their family. Bank Five Nine is very involved in the community and sponsor/volunteer at many community events. Branch Manager Cheri Schadeberg and her staff make an amazing team! I am extremely happy with my experience as a Bank Five Nine customer.

Bank 59 has been our small business bank for the past 5 years. They handle our daily deposits, hold the mortgage for our busines and were incredibly helpful in navigating the PPP program. They know us personally and call us by name. The manager Cheri's door is always open. I have been a self employed small business owner for over 40 years and banking at Bank 59 has been a joy... not to mention they make me cookies every Friday!! #bubsirishpub
