  Everything about this branch is great! Speedy service, great attitudes and professionalism from the staff. Typically, Toy'Aun is the teller who assists me and is always a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend! Keep up the great work!

  The best customer service and never have any troubles! If it wasn’t for this location being so good I’d already closed my account by now! The 40 hiway branch has terrible service and some problems

  I opened my first account here (bank midwest- Brookside) when I was in high school. I nearly always kept $10,000 in my savings. One time I needed to lend this money to a very trusted friend and accidentally overdrew it. The bank closed my savings without notifying me. No phone call. No email. No letter. I was annoyed, but simply opened another savings account. Today, I woke up and checked my bank account online. I have been keeping roughly $6,000 in it- so there is plenty of money there. When I checked it this morning, it showed my checking account had vanished and my savings (that was supposed to have $6,000 in it!) had a balance of ZERO. I freaked out and called the 1-800 number, hoping it was just a glitch and wasn't fraud. The woman said she saw the same thing I did when she looked my account up and told me I would need to go into the bank to file a report and that they would pull the cameras. I drove straight to the bank. I asked for a manager when I walked in. The woman who I asked told me, "We don't have a manager." A bank doesn't have a manager? Seriously? Reg flag. I told her about my situation and she said she was the one on the phone with with 1-800 people. She then handed me a letter that said the bank had decided to close my account, or rather, they had decided to "not do business with me." She told me they did not tell her why. How can you just close a long term member's account with thousands of dollars in it without saying why? 0/5 would not recommend. They are not reliable. I am a grad student and I do not have time for situations like this. I have decided to go with a much better place. :)
