  I just moved to Rio Ranch from Texas and I chose Bank of Albuquerque based on the reviews I read from other satisfied customers. I went into the local branch to complete my account opening process and had the most positive experience with Tyler Zarich at the southern blvd branch! He was so kind, friendly, positive and just a complete pleasure to work with! His knowledge of the bank and professionalism just confirmed my choice when choosing a bank! I’m very pleased with Bank of Albuquerque and trust that they will be able to meet all my financial needs going forward!

  Beautiful bank. Very clean. Super short staffed here. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to make a withdrawal.

  This Bank needs to be shut down due to fraudulent activities committed by not only the bank but also by the bank manager who is aware of the fraudulent activities that are happening in this in this institution March 17th 904 a.m. 2020 this Bank deposited my third stimulus check into a bank account that did not belong to me and told me that they were not going to refund me the money because they were not sure if it was my check and that they would check it out and then never did apparently because I've got the text from irs.gov telling me that if my check was deposited at that time into a bank account and the bank account didn't even belong to me it belonged to a merry ahern Gutierrez and a Madonna ahern Trujillo. This Bank manager has been made aware of multiple acts of fraudulent activities occurring in this banking institution and has done nothing to correct this matter. Somebody from the government needs to shut this Bank down for depositing people's checks into the wrong accounts. I'm still waiting on my 10,500 in stimulus checks to be deposited into my account.
