      My experience with BOA is very negative every time I went. At this branch, they NEVER pickup their phone to schedule an appointment. Once I went to do wire transfer for my house closing and after quite some wait, I was told they can't accommodate me and that I should come back later. Another time I went to close my safe deposit box and after atleast an hour of wait they told me they won't be able to do it due to amount of customers they have and I should come back. Atleast they should inform a customer on time instead of making them wait for an hour. So many similar experiences. This was the main bank in the state of NM and I had to deal with them.
