      I like this Branch because its Not too far from my Home which is good because I don’t have a car. The customer service isn’t great but still it’s Not too bad. I like one associate in particular, I forgot his name but he’s a Black guy, tall, very handsome and extremely friendly. He’s always eager to help the Customers.

      One of the worst bank of America’s I ever encountered. Especially considered this is the only branch in far rockaway. The manager acts like she never wants to help previously encountered this and I’m like black woman to black Woman that’s messed up. Just came from there whole place is blocked off I hope it reopens
