Alvaro provided excellent customer service!!! As soon as we opened the door, he greeted us with a friendly hello and asked if we needed help. We explained that we are going to use the ATM machine to learn how to deposit checks and cash, if in the event we come after hours when Bank of America is closed. Instead of us figuring it out by ourselves, he made himself available to assist us during this process with step-by-step explanations, making this a fast, easy, and helpful experience!!
