      I wish I could give zero stars to match their zero F’s. We couldn’t be more displeased with Bank of America’s customer service. Today is the last day. We've closed our checking accounts of 21 years. Update: wow switching banks made me realize how bad BofA is. It wasn’t until getting out did I realize basic customer service does exist at banks. But not here.
