  Here's the coolest thing about this location: you don't need a vehicle to go through the drive-thru ATM. It's easier to reach the keypad and if you drop something it's just a knee bend away. It's more environmentally friendly to walk up on foot than in your average sedan. And by parking in front of the bank, you can work in a few more steps on your fit-bit. Please tell me what more you could ask for from an ATM!

  Customer service here is ALWAYS S**t I asked the teller if there was anything they could do about charges on my account my card was near a card reader and the machine kept repeatedly charging my card without me knowing and she told me "that's a feature you card has next time keep it in your pocket" I'm surprised they even have 2 stars to be honest

  Worst customer service ever. The lady charlotte was very rude had us waiting for 30 minutes said she would let me know when my problem was resolved. I finally decided to walk back up there then she says oh it’s done now. Been with Bank of America for 5 years just recently moved to Springdale and because of the last 3 times I’ve had to come into this bank I am closing my account out. I suggest someone starts watching this lady because she is very rude and lazy. I have never dealt with anything like this at a bank before.
