Would give them five stars, but they just can't get that drive through lot cleaned up it has been dirty all week Other than that they are our favourite bank.

July 14 , I went Bank of America 345 N Brand Blvd Ca 91203, Glendale, to ask to provide a statement and order checks, but a clerk and superviser Sara told me that they dont deal with that type of requests and I have to do it online. they refused to serve me and told me to go online. The next day I went the Bank of America at 203 N Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA 91206 and I was served there . I returned Bank of America at 345 N Brand Blvd . Glendale, Ca 91203 Bank and asked supervisor Sarah why you did not serve me yesterday, and she answered me rudely, saying she has no time and left, while I was still talking to her. I want to know if this attitude is normal for your bank and who should apologize for causing me stress. She also told me that I can complain whomever I want she doesnt care. If this is a new normal for your bank, please let me know so I can take me accounts to another bank where Im not treated so bad. Im a retired disabled person and dont have that much health and energy to deal with your rude employees.

I would leave a negative review if I could for this location's supervisor Sarah. Any Bank of America location always provided good service. This so called supervisor not only doesn't know what customer service is, she turns her back and walks away while customer is talking. Will be happy to provide more info upon branch's manager request.
