      My son tried to go in today and they are closed two more days per week, which is not on their website. Why are you closed Tuesday and Thursday??? Horrible location that does not provide service to customers. We have banked with BOA for over 20 years but are seriously thinking of switching Would give no stars if I could. Went today to the drive thru and was told to go to another location to get cash. What is a bank for but to be able to have access to your money??? She finally gave me cash from the wrong account (checking when requested savings withdrawal) she was rude and was obviously not paying attention to customers. Horrible experience. Have been with bank of america for over 20 years and expect better service.

      Absolutely terrible. Thieves. I deposited $500 cash, the machine malfunctioned, I filed a claim, and they only “found” $158 of it. Will be going there in the morning, filing a police report and sueing if I have to.
