  Had an appointment to solve 2 issues. Dominic greeted us at the door. He was extremely professional and escorted us into his office. Throughout the meeting, he multitasked between the 2 issues and smoothly solved our issues. If anyone is looking for a financial advisor/partner, Dominic Kennedy is your man.

  Went in to close my deceased fathers account they sent in the paperwork but had no idea what the rest of the process was. Never heard back from them. Called the number on the bankers business card and it was disconnected. Called the branch numerous times, no answer. Chatted with estate division and was disconnected numerous times. Bank of America is a terrible bank and this branch is a perfect example of why. I guess they’ll just deplete my fathers account of all his money and then say there wasn’t anything in there.

  I came in for a simple in person request. There was one person ahead of me. Two different people walked up and asked what I needed but walked away and never helped me. After an over an hour of my time being wasted I eventually left. Most of the offices were emptied during this time yet I could hear employees laughing in the break room and at one point 2 employees walked in with Starbucks for everyone. Apparently they were having a party in the back and decided not to work. I will never go to this location again. What a waste of time!
