      Excellent Credit Union. I both work and bank here and am pleased with the work we do at FirstUS. We are not perfect, but we do our best to offer quality service and are always looking for ways to improve and better serve the community at large.

      Terrible. Tried to cash a check written from an account holder of their bank and was treated like a criminal. Glad I closed my account with this place years ago. Find another bank to use this place is godawful

      Deceptive banking practices. Tried to cancel my account - instead this Credit Union keeps charging me a monthly fee. Took out a "free" HELOC some years ago but never have used used. Now changed a $250 fee to close it out.
