  I like this Bank of America. There is parking and an elevator that takes you right into the facility. I have to give them several stars for the good attitude of the the associates. I have opened an account and have been treated well here.

  I've had $2,200 STOLEN out of my account on Halloween of 2018. Someone walked in to a teller and STOLE $2,200 from me. Bank of America denied my claim TWO TIMES. Now they're telling me to go get an attorney because they won't do anything else. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY? I dont know which Hollywood location it was, all they told me was Hollywood. I need answers! Hoping for an honest BOA rep to help me here!

  Let me start off by just saying I have been banking with Bank of America for over 15 years and this is my 1st time ever going to this bank and this towel or it was a gentleman what was a man he just did not go out of his way to like to help out and I just felt like he I don't know I'm hoping I'm wrong but I just felt like he was races and I will never go to that bank again I also want to add I went there to the bank to get brand new dollar bills and I asked him like do you have them he told me no never once did he bother looking into his drawer for asking one of his coworkers if they have brand new dollar bills and he did not ask the teller next to him if they had brand new $1 bills not until he handed me the ones out of his drawer and he was just really rude and very unprofessional I'm hoping this sounds good because I'm using of the voice might to a send this review
