      horrible customer service, never any more than one teller that I've seen so far, and also a terrible wait once you do get service. Slow and understaffed

      The entire team at this branch is nice, knowledgeable, and helpful from the tellers to the mortgage person to the manager. They greet you as you go through the door and smoothly attend to the business at hand. If need be, the manager calls higher ups and finds out information you may need. They try to know your personal business and look out for ways of increasing your portfolio and wealth. It is personal care like this that kept me a customer of this bank for over 2 decades.
