      About two months ago I walked into this branch with my daughter super distraught about my account. Ahmed Elemary helped me and I left in happy tears. He was so nice, I was a mess and my daughter was running around grabbing things off his desk and he was so understanding, I asked for his card because I wanted to write him a review but lost it until now. I think about his helpfulness and kindness every time Im in the area, seriously. The fact that im writing this review 2 months after he helped me speaks for itself. I hope Ahmed reads this, THANK YOU for the amazing customer service.

      Dealing with Bank of America is the worst experience! Always waiting, transferring, long lines, nobody knows anything or seems to care. Rosie Montero who is supposed to assist never replies to calls or emails. I’m definitely closing accounts with Bank of America

      Worst service ever. Sal “assistant manager” very unprofessional and rude. Asked about more than 2 IDs for only 1300. Asked several unnecessary questions. When it should be easier for a preferred client. Sal shouldn’t be anywhere close to this position.
