      I had an appointment to meet with one of the staff. A couple of minutes after I arrived a gentle person came to meet me, ask a few questions, and told me to wait for the staff who were having their meeting but we're about to finish. A few minutes of wait and I was able to have my meeting. The entire experience was professional, courteous, and amiable. It was a very pleasant meeting and the service was delivered promptly. Thank you (McKalean I think is his name) for delivering the services I needed.

      It should be made known that beyond ATM service, you can't do much else--this isn't a financial center where you can have a representative help you with a, for instance, cashiers check. The rooms have virtual assistance and there's no clear schedule as to when a person can help you face to face for all banking needs. It's like a building for an ATM with an option to talk to someone on the phone.
