      Had to get a cashier's check on short notice and to be honest I didn't really have a clue what I was doing. Got seen quickly despite not having an appointment. Jordan helped walk me through the process and was super cool and nice. Please let him know he's welcome at the housewarming party when I end up closing on this thing. Couldn't have done it without him.

      Been a loyal Bank of America customer since I opened my first bank account. When I say never, I mean I've never had a bad experience at any of the bank of America's I've been to, I guess never say never. This one here, boy it made me want to leave and go to Chase and for me to say that knowing that chase's customer service isn't top notch, says something. The gentleman greeting at the front sets the tone for your overall experience and when he's rude and unhelpful, just automatically said I have to make an appointment or referred me to the app, which i'm well aware that i can do pretty much anything over the app, if I'm at an actual location is because i need the help of a human. It made me want to leave and not even make a future appointment at this location. Being new to Utah, I'll just find another location and move on. I just hope others have a better experience than I did.

      Fiona helped me with questions about Credit Card 2 weeks ago and yesterday when I went back, it is sad to know that she got transferred to another branch. She's very knowledgeable and the perfect customer service agent I've seen. I went to another branch in Draper and they were not as nice.
