  The service I received today absolutely deserves 5 stars. I showed up to do a wire transfer to Canada which is a somewhat complex process. Despite my frustrations and lack of knowledge, the Manager and Assistant Manager didn’t just tolerate my curtness, they dug deep and won me over with their great attitudes AND excellent service. They were clear, patient, helpful and courteous - and they define why I bank here. I can confidently say the team at this branch is there for you when you need them and I’d recommend this branch to family, friends and strangers all day, everyday. 👍 I left the branch feeling better about my day than when I arrived, and that’s because of them. 🙂

  Awful customer service. All I wanted to do is close an account. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they’re not sure why I was told to wait in the first place because my account is new & they couldn’t even help me if they wanted to. Waste of time. Staff aren’t knowledgeable or attentive. You are better off going somewhere else.
