      **I have to update my comment as of 2021 since John is no longer acting as manager. The new manager does not show the same level of customer service and his inadequate managing has permeated throughout his employees where you quickly feel the lack of attention and cordiality. I hope John returns soon so he can bring back the high standards.** Great customer service, always resolved my issues in a timely manner. John, the manager, and the rest of the reps are very professional and courteous. I'm not sure if it is because I'm a platinum member but the service is, indeed, exemplary.

      Do not come in if you have a problem. They will make sure you wait for a few days. The least welcoming branch of BOF I’ve ever been to. The tellers are nice.
