      I've been having quite a few issues with B of A lately. No one would help or even seemed to care to help. I went into this bank expecting to close my account, but thanks to Jennifer R. I didn't. She was legitimately concerned and even went above and beyond to help me out. She is a godsend and I'm very thankful she was around. Thank you again Jennifer!!

      I don’t know if tellers are required to say this. When I come into the bank to do anything. The teller always says “did u know u could do this at the ATM?” It really makes it seem like we are annoying them by coming in. I wanted to come in because I was depositing a larger amount of money than normal. I feel more comfortable with a person helping me than a matchine. B of A really needs to remove this from their scripting. It makes me feel like they just don’t want us in there and want their ATM to do all the work. It doesn’t make sense to me. The only reason the teller has a job is because we come inside. If everyone went to the ATM they wouldn’t have a job! I just really hate hearing options that I’m aware of. I know I can go to the ATM. Any normal person knows they can go to the ATM. Stop trying to keep us out! The banker used to be someone that knew your first name. Not now I guess. Don’t go to this location. They don’t WANT you inside.
