  This is the only nearby Bank of America Financial Center I found which is open on Saturdays. If you go on Saturdays, expect a long queue outside the bank.

  Currently standing in line, all i need is a new card which for some reason i could not do online so i thought i'd stop by rather than waiting forever on the phone.. 4 employees walking around the floor and not one acknowledges the people in line or ask why they are here and if they could help with something that might be very simple.

  Very bad costumer service 90% of the time only one worker service 20 to 25 standing up costumers 😡
