  This bank branch is a joke. They are rarely open now during advertised hours. You just can’t count on this BOA branch anymore. I’m going to move my banking to a local bank where I know I can actually see somebody during advertised hours. Bank of America………what is your strategy here. ??????

  Branch is often closed randomly and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a human at the branch by phone. The branch is slow and there is often times only one teller working, even when the line is practically out the door. The only alternative is the Lynn location, which is even worse.
