      This place needs to get its stuff together before i close my account. I have been banking here for almost 15 years and the service is horrible with the exception of a gent named Aragon Fleming. When i deal with him im in and out!!! anyone else its like pulling teeth!!!! 5 star is for him and what he does not the other tellers that ive dealt with!!!

      I have been banking with Santander for years now. I started going to this branch and they can't ever really help me with anything. I tried cashing a check with MY NAME and MY MOTHER'S NAME on the check. A government issued check. We were BOTH at the bank. But, they could not do it for me and when I asked the teller she just shrugged and said I'm not sure why. I walked over to Citizens bank and they cashed the check for me. They also deposited the other one that also had both our names on it. Also, the bankers aren't so friendly and don't seem customer service oriented either. Quite frustrating.

      In terms of physical branches I prefer the one on Essex street over that on Paradise road as both the building and the ATM are better maintained. As a bank in general, Santander has been great both for personal banking as well as a variety of home loans, lines of credit and as the bank our small condo association. Friendly, responsive, very easy to access online since about 2018 and they've expanded ATM access as of 2020.
