  This Bank of America is currently understaffed I think. Nicola is a very sweet and well spoken guy Only downside is that you have to wait due to high traffic I read a lot of bad reviews and I feel like most of it is unjust.

  I went 2 days ago to buy some international currency, walked to the teller and she sent me to order on line, since I was there I needed a more personal service, I went to the receptionist to book an appointment ti order 5k who said the teller would help me with that… no one was able to help me in something so simple. No wonder why humans get replaced by machines. Terrible service. I will avoid going there if you can.

  The worst customer service I ever experienced. Made me wait 30 minutes and then denying to cash out the check. What a dumbness I experienced the. Absolute nightmare!
