      1 teller working in the middle of the day. Worst BOA branch in Lake County. They dont appreciate your time. On 4 employees for the entire bank branch so only 1 teller at all times. When addressed lack of timely service with branch manager and brought up these reviews, she responded with well that's not the feedback she gets regularly on surveys and basically said we have an atm so no need more than 1 teller. Guess she hasn't read these reviews. She is probably right, she will only need 1 teller when the majority of her customers will drive the extra few miles to Mount Dora or Leesburg to do their business since those branches care about their customers time and level of service.
