  This branch is MUCH better than the Eustis branch. Well worth the extra drive to be treated like a customer should be.

  Very disappointed in BoA handling the CV19 issues. My branch is completely closed down and next barest is also completely closed down. I had to drive 10 miles to complete a transaction. When I get there lines out the door with more customers inside than out side. My question. Why could the closed banks have the drive through open. I ask a BoA officer what the deal was and in my opinion he lied to me saying they could not get their employees to come to work when in actuality BoA has laid off their employees in order to save money as opposed to servicing their customers. Yes these are rough, bad times but BoA has dropped the ball.

  Thank you Bank of America for taking funds out of my account without contacting me and sending me a check of my own money! You have completely messed up the closing of my house purchase and my holidays and my service member child is home for the holidays! No one answers the phone or returns emails at the branch...just calls me at ten till 5pm to give me partial information and no answers as to where my money is!!!! This is the biggest joke I have ever encountered!!!! I can not believe a financial institution would work this way! Up until this incident I have had no problem but this is a huge mistake! Thank you again for making this experience more stressful!
