      Always long lines. Always Rude staff. As clients we should not have to deal with their unprofessional attitude specially the manager. Definitely thinking in switching my years business to another bank.

      Not only is this branch STILL under construction. The tellers do nothing. I went to get a replacement card. All they could offer was "over the phone or on the app" one couldn't work her screen, one guy couldn't respond to my "how are you?" The woman at the front door was completely useless. Why are they even there.
