      The customer services representatives are the only people keeping this rating from being a zero. I have had a checking account and low limit credit card in good standing with this company for 14 years and am never able to qualify for a loan with them. They’ve also changed check cashing policies without publicly informing their customers and their perks are a joke. Their customers are merely another commodity to them. Don’t walk, run from this bank.
