      VERY VERY VERY SLOW ! ONE TELLER AT THE CAPITOLA BRANCH on a Friday , LADY WALKING AROUND WAS ROOD TO AN OLDER GENTLEMAN IN LINE BEHIND ME ! GUESS THIS IS THE NEW GENERATION HARD AT WORK ! SERVICE IS NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE, the excuse is everyone is in training , ,

      We were not satisfied with our service if bank was open on Sat we need not rush in traffic since river street bank is closed coming all way from davenport to Capitola before 5 pm

      As soon as you speak to someone here you can see why they have bad reviews. The most untrained, Entitled staff. Going out of their way to not help you. Wake up BofA. Time for a management clean out.
