  I want to give my very highest recommendation to Santa Cruz BofA Branch Manager Annabel Alvarez.. I made a transaction at the Santa Cruz branch this morning sleep deprived from being up half the night. And while I had manually counted the amount the night before to be $7,000 - there was a problem with the cash being slightly damp from humidity, the counting machine wasn't working properly - and the teller counted it as $6,000. I was too fuzzy from lack of sleep to have asked to manually counted it when the discrepancy occured and said "Ok, your machine counts better than me" and left having made a $6,000 deposit. However, by the time I got home I realized I should have manually counted to clear this up. I called the branch, and Annabel was so good to be right on it and go do a recount with the teller and indeed, there was another $1,000 than I was credited with. I want to give Annabel Alvarez my very highest recommendation for her motivation, attitude - and most of all honesty!

  The employees are always incredibly nice and as helpful as they can be, but it's closed so often that it's impossible to use consistently, especially when you need change for a business

  They called me and told me my order of foreign currency was ready to come pick up. They also told me they go on an hour long lunch break and just close the door. I came twice and it was closed. Third time, door still closed but the security guard lets me in. They have me sit for 20 min because someone is still on lunch break (it's 3pm). When I inquire a lady just tells me that my package is right there... Oh well...
