      I had made an appointment for 5/9/22 at 11am to speak about my auto loan with Bank of America. On the website it allowed me to make an appointment at this branch to speak about my auto loan. I arrive here for my appointment and I am told that they do not have an auto loan specialist here and I can sit with the banker and call the auto loan number or call myself. If this was the case why allow me to make an appointment and come waste my time getting here when I could have done this over the phone. I had the impression I would be able to speak with someone about the auto loan face-to-face.

      This branch on 5901 Myrtle Ave. in Ridgewood is very bad service, if you do not speak Spanish you wait forever to be served ,I was waiting on April 19 at this bank and people are coming behind me speak Spanish to customer service people and they were served before me I was keep waiting forever till I started complaining then I was served with attitude
