      A few weeks ago, my husband drove to the Wyckoff Avenue location to perform a teller transaction. He found the ATM lobby open but the branch closed (at 11am on a weekday). The sign on the door stated that the branch had been closed out of an abundance of caution for their employees. My husband then went to the Union Square location to perform the transaction. He asked about the Wyckoff Avenue location and was told it was closed permanently. But now it appears that it is open again. (??) Our closest bank branch is now 3 miles away.

      I do not like to leave bad reviews, but the line is out the door & there is always a homeless person standing outside physically holding open the door and asking for money. This is very unsafe and they should do something about it.
