      Horrible Horrible customer service ,I came in around 3.45 straight from my business.Had no idea I had to keep mail with pin to have access to my funds i been with BOA for 5 years 2 Accounts ,business and personal and I never felt so good unwanted lil young girl at door was looking at watch when she saw me come across parking lot, every customer she looked.Rule 1 never make your guest feel unappreciated.Coming from a successful selfmade business owner.Made me sit in the lobby went got lady lady asked me did i have paper duh no. Lady talk talk to people in office never came i left. BOA Tell your employees Never Judge a book by its cover.
