      It was my first time I had an American account. But my experiece at the center was amazing. The associate's name was Mathew. He was very kind and perfect. I was impressed by his attitude. Actually I'm not good at speaking English now. But thanks to his support, this did not matter at all.

      I went into the Rockerfeller Center BOFA for a paper work that I required urgently to apply my Schengen Visa. Michael Santana went above and beyond to help and get me everything I needed. Highly recommend! Thanks again Michael.

      Sloooooooooooow and they close at 4 PM!? Most BoA locations are extremely inefficient and a nightmare to do business with.
