  Excellent customer service. Padma went above and beyond to help me and my mother when we were there recently. I found everyone at this branch from Linda who greeted us to Leslie at the counter to be pleasant, professional and helpful.

  Terrible customer service. I called them to check my credit card because my credit card keeps showing decline after I paid off all amount I owe.I know it takes 2-3 business days to be transfer but it has been more than that. So I asked the lady to check the issue here and she reluctant to check and asked me to go online banking which I already did and nothing could solve in there that's why I called. The lady who was on the phone hung up on me, and felt really lazy sounds like doesn't want to work.
