      Haven't used my BOF account in a very long time. After supplying them with the proper documentation, they quelled my anxiety and were able to set up my account within the hour. They assited me in depositing my first check. And set up a follow up appointment for me later in the week. We also discussed my love for sweet potatoes.

      What a disappointment. Went to the branch on a Saturday to deposit a check at the counter. Took over 45 mins. While I was there, more customers left after spending 15-30 mins in line than those who waited long enough to get their job done. Supposedly a manager was sitting inside but did not care to come out to help the customers.

      Terrible service!!!!! They are not helpful. If I could give them a zero "0" starts, I WILL. This skinny, green eyes lady doesn't want to work at all! LAZY
