      The customer experience at this branch was exceptional. My account abroad had been locked and the branch assisted me to have this resolved and the account open It took time and effort but all Staff were very patient and supportive Thank you HSBC in Scarsdale for your exceptional customer service

      Long lines, they don’t answer the phones, no process for handling walk ins. I was forced over to this branch after the (amazingly convenient and helpful) Pelham branch closed. HSBC as an institution has been great to me, but this location SUCKS.
