      You should hire some more clerks, "ALWAYS" make sure you have at least 45 mins of your life to spare if you're planning to come to this location, it sucks. Is not a one time thing it's an all the time problem here. Unfortunately there are some transactions that require me to go in person. Never going back, I'll rather use the app or go to some other location(basically most of BOFA are temporarily close). Hope this gets fixed soon.
