I have banked with B of A for over 30 years and I am suppose to be a Premier Platinum customer with separate line and phone support line. No more lines, no in-person customer support, you actually wait longer and they try to push you to an ATM or go online all the time. What ever happened to support and service. During COVID, bofa web site says they are open and you arrive and it is closed often.

I understand there's an issue about covid. And all the bank are still open except this bank. I need to get something in my safe but still closed up to now. I dont have problem with other services except I dont know when this bank planning to resume the business?????
