      This bank does not serve the customer service, it is disastrous, I went to change my check as usual and they made me deposit it, why not put the money in my account, I have a business account with them and my company to which worked also has the account there they deserve 00000 rating

      People there are mindless robots that can’t help at all. Management is just as unhelpful as the entire crew there. Is like the can’t problem solve when a customer has a lost wallet. Screw Bank of America, I didn’t next the extra account anyway, I’m going with a credit union and you should too.
