Super fast service and friendly. Got a replacement card and went through security screening of having no ID and deposited multiple checks in under 13 minutes. Thanks Matthew definitely mybranch of preference now

I went to diposit a check written by Infinity insurance. A rather well known insurance agency. The manager a tall obese black women informed me that she refused to diposit the chck because it was "a weird check". I told her insurance checks are quite common & this is a well known company. She wrinkled her face up as if smelling something offensive & in quick rather aggressive "I'm a big black women I'll act as bigotted as I want" way she informed me. " uhhh well you see the truth is we Dont really know you so we can't be depositing checks in your account. I informed her this is 2015 none knows their bankers any more. They're all faceless employees of a large corporation. Then she told me to leave & find a different bank to diposit my check into.
