      Fake friendliness, not helpful at all. Stopped in on Saturday so that my wife and I could make changes to our personal and joint accounts. Victor Roa told us we needed an appointment and PRETENDED to be very helpful, giving us his card and asking us to contact him on Monday so that he could help us out. That was all fake. He's ignored our contacts for weeks now so it's clearly he had no intention to be helpful. I'd rather you just be rude to my face than waste my time with your fake attitude. Terrible. EDIT: Increasing my rating here. After I posted my original review above, multiple people from Bank of America have reached out to me. Herwon (sp?) was helpful is scheduling an appointment directly through her. And Terell Fields was GREAT in helping us in person. She took care of all our needs and did it with a smile on her face the entire time. I appreciate the reach out and making things better.
