  This is a fantastic branch! Every time I come to this bofa location, sh** gets taken care of. My only knock is that, for some reason, they cannot or will not open up on Saturdays. I work long contracting hours throughout the weekdays, and frequently need to access a banker face to face and I cannot do that at this location. It is for this reason that I would give a 3.5 star if possible...

  This bank was always a pleasure, until IT TEMPORARILY CLOSED weeks ago. This has created a hardship and especially for senior citizens who only drive locally.

  I was very disappointed with this branch of BofA. I am in the process of buying a home and I went to this branch to wire funds related to the home purchase. I walked in and everyone was friendly and everything seemed fine. I got to the counter after waiting 15 minutes (no big issue with the wait, I expected it). The very nice employee named Mariah was assisting me and I asked for a wire transfer. She was unable to complete it as she did not have access to that part of the system. I asked what I needed to do to complete this while on my lunch break and she told me I needed to speak to a “banker”. I said that’s fine and asked how long to speak to one and was told an hour or two as I did not make an appointment and they where understaffed. Understanding that I asked if I would be able to complete the wire using their app or website and they said yes, but was unsure of the amount of money allowed in the wire using the app. I asked her to check and she was unable to because BofA blocks google.com from their network. I started to get upset after the employee of this bank started to google a question which I could have done. The reason I was aware she was googling it is she asked me if I had google on my phone because their computer system blocked google from their network. The branch manager was then involved and went back to her office for 10 minutes to get me an answer. After 10 minutes Mariah returned to tell me that the manager said “she THINKS the max is $5,000” but could not confirm as she was unable to get an accurate answer. I then walked out and made an appointment at a different branch unsure that the information given to me by Mariah and the manager was even correct as they seemed to google search questions related to the company they work for. I am a manager at a local company and would NEVER tell my customer I am googling something. I would stop, tell the customer I am unsure and call someone that knows. Not just Google it. I am very disappointing with BofA, mainly because they clearly are not training their branch managers how to answer questions, nor have access to someone else that may know an answer in the event they are not trained/educated to respond. After this home purchase is completed, I will be changing banks.
