      Laziest, unhelpful branch I've seen. Had some fraud going on with my account and went in 20 minutes to 4pm to open up a new account. There was no one in front of me, but they refused to help me set up a new account because they close at 4pm. I made it clear it was not 4pm and weren't they supposed to provide service until 4pm. Their answer was, "times have changed." I wish I got names. The most disturbing part of all this is they tried to get me to make an appointment with them for the next day. I asked them since "times had changed" if I could get my new account set up over the phone. Instead of being supportive of their company, they lied and tried telling me the phone bankers always mess up and I should come to them, clearly because they wanted credit for my new account which they weren't willing to help me with while I was there. I called a phone banker when I left and was done in 20 minutes with my new account. What a disgrace this branch and management are. They certainly need an audit on work ethic and customer service.
