When I noticed I didn't have a BoA near my hometown, I was able to use this location to get a cashier's check with ease. The clerk was wonderful and there was no wait.

Years ago this was, without question, the BEST bank on the island. Then, about three years ago, its lack of service & attitude of employees went straight downhill. Literally....no one cares. The parking lot is empty...& the two or possibly three employees could care less. ...even wondering: why I would want to cash a check vs doing so on line I have been a customer for more than TWENTY years so I can speak with some authority. At this point, I have had enough & will transfer my account to another bank.

Walked in to two BOA employees talking to each other. There was NO ONE else in the office. I asked if they could help me complete a wire transfer and was told to go online. I asked if they could help me do it in the branch and they said they were all booked up on appointments for today. They had zero people in line/waiting and somehow neither one of them could help me. It was a huge waste of time and I waited on hold for 45 min.
