  I came into this branch to close an account they said an appointment had to be made two hours later. I very amiably agreed and showed up on time yet they were late in even seeing me. Currently I am sitting in the small lobby for more than 18 minutes. The service is abysmal. Thank God I'm taking my business elsewhere.
